Planeta Vida Affiliate Program: Essential Promotion Guidelines

Key Guidelines for Ethical & Effective Promotion:

• 1. Ethical Advertising is Paramount: Your promotions must always be truthful, transparent, and fully compliant with all applicable consumer protection laws and advertising regulations in your region. No deceptive, misleading, untruthful, or unsubstantiated claims are permitted.
• 2. Approved Testimonials Only: You are strictly prohibited from creating, collecting, or using your own user testimonials, 'before and after' imagery, or any success claims for Planeta Vida products. You may only use testimonials explicitly provided and approved by Planeta Vida, which will include necessary disclaimers.
• 3. No Search Engine Advertising (Google, Bing, etc.): You are prohibited from running any paid search ads (PPC/Display/Contextual) or optimizing for organic search traffic on Google, Bing, or similar search engines using Planeta Vida's brand names (e.g., 'Planeta Vida', 'Pacha Ngandu', 'Survival Mode Decoder', 'Logic Unleashed', or common misspellings) or any keywords directly associated with our products or core offerings. This protects our mutual ad spend and brand integrity.
  • YouTube Ads Exception: You ARE permitted to create and manage YouTube ad campaigns to promote Planeta Vida.
• 4. No Press Releases: You may not publish or distribute any press releases concerning Planeta Vida products or brand on any platform or media whatsoever.
• 5. No Marketplace & Classifieds Sales: Promotion or sale of Planeta Vida products on retail sites, auction sites, app stores (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google Store, iTunes), or classified ad networks (e.g., Craigslist, Kijiji) is strictly forbidden.
• 6. No Direct Linking to Checkout: You must not bypass Planeta Vida's official sales pages. Your promotions must lead to our full offer page (e.g., the 'Survival Mode Decoder' landing page), allowing the customer to review the complete offer as presented by us before proceeding to the cart.
• 7. Protect Our Creatives: You are prohibited from employing spying tools or duplicating Planeta Vida's official advertisements or landing page designs. Please create your own unique promotional content, or use assets from our approved toolkit.
• 8. No Adware: The use of any adware, pop-up, or intrusive software for promoting Planeta Vida is strictly prohibited.

Consequence of Violation:

Any affiliate found in violation of these terms will be immediately and permanently banned from the Planeta Vida Affiliate Program, with forfeiture of all outstanding and future commissions, without prior notice or eligibility for reinstatement.
