Planeta Vida Affiliate Program: Terms of Service

By registering as an affiliate ("Partner") for Planeta Vida ("Company"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure the integrity of the brand and the fairness of the ecosystem for all partners.

1. Promotion & Advertising Guidelines

• 1.1 Ethical Advertising: All promotional activities must be truthful, transparent, and compliant with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and applicable local laws. Deceptive practices, false scarcity, or unsubstantiated claims are strictly prohibited.
• 1.2 Brand Bidding (Strictly Prohibited): You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Planeta Vida," "Pacha Ngandu," product names (e.g., "Survival Mode Decoder"), or any misspellings thereof on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines. This includes "Brand + Keyword" combinations.
• 1.3 Search Engine Policy: Direct linking from Paid Search (PPC) to Planeta Vida offers is allowed ONLY for generic keywords (e.g., "anxiety relief," "burnout tips"). Brand name bidding will result in an immediate ban.
• 1.4 YouTube Ads Exception: You ARE permitted to create and manage YouTube Ad campaigns targeting our brand keywords, provided the video content is original and adds value (e.g., reviews, case studies).

2. Content & Creative Assets

• 2.1 Approved Assets: We provide a library of tested creatives. You may create your own assets, but they must adhere to our brand voice (Science/Logic-based, not "Woo-Woo").
• 2.2 Copyright Protection: You may not copy our landing pages, steal content from other affiliates, or use "Spy Tools" to duplicate official ad campaigns.
• 2.3 Testimonials: You may only use testimonials provided in the official Affiliate Hub. Fabricating user reviews or results is a violation of consumer protection laws.

3. Disclosure & Compliance

• 3.1 FTC Disclosure: In compliance with the FTC, you MUST disclose your affiliate relationship. Every page, post, or video containing your affiliate link must include a clear statement such as: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my links."
• 3.2 Income Claims: You may not make specific income promises ("Make $10k in a month") to potential customers or sub-affiliates.
• 3.3 Medical Disclaimer: You strictly may not claim that our products "cure," "treat," or "reverse" any medical condition (e.g., Depression, Diabetes, Autoimmune Disease). Use compliant language: "Support," "Balance," "Optimize."

4. Relationship of Parties

You and Planeta Vida are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
